My experience at Inspired Thru nature was one that I will always remember.  This was my first colonic and Pam made it one of the most comfortable procedures I have ever had. I was nervous but, between the cozy environment, candles, and soft music, I was able to relax fairly easy. Her presence and coaching throughout the session made it all worth my while. I was able to complete the three sessions scheduled and will return for another three sessions in the summer of 2010.

The first experience I didn’t feel comfortable and I found it to be painful.  Afterwards I was much more comfortable because I’d had a movement for the first time in days. The second time was much more successful. I was comfortable and food that I had eaten in the last 24 hours passed. I felt good! Pam was patient and encouraging. She explained everything down to how I was supposed to feel afterwards.

I have always had a constipated system. I didn’t realize how bad I was feeling until my first colonic. I was so accustom to the extra weight, I didn’t realize it was a symptom to a greater issue. After my colonic I felt five pounds lighter and I knew my system was clean. With the advice of Mrs. Reynolds, I have changed my diet and keep my colon clean.

It has been a pleasure to receive such a treatment as a colonic in a professional environment. Every colonic that I have received until now was performed in the basement of someone’s home. I am glad that there is now a professional upscale facility designed to complement this holistic modality. It has made my experience more satisfying than could have ever imagined.

If only I knew about colonics years ago, I think I would be a healthier man at 63 years of age. The best thing that ever happened to me was to be introduced to Inspired Thru Nature. It is not too late for me but I must do the right thing about my body for the remainder of my life. Colon cleaning regularly is a must. I believe in my angels and they guided me to Inspired Thru nature. I had a stroke; I was not taking my medication properly. Now I take supplemental vitamins & minerals and more. Pamela Reynolds has giving me the experience I needed to get back on track, I truly think I can live to be 100 years old and enjoy every day of it.
